   Invoice” to “Monthly Statement”.

 * which version do you use ?
 * quick easy (hack): modify the existing templates
    or (better): copy and use new
   template (and change there the heading)
 * check body.php template:
    `<h1 class="title"><?php _e( 'Global Invoice', 'woocommerce-
   pdf-invoices' ); ?></h1>`

   user in order to get a quick reply.
 * Dieter is right. You can just use translation plugin or create a custom template
   in order to not loose your changes while updating plugin.
