Global Default Restriction with Customization

    Is it possible to set a global default restriction settings for all download items but still allow individual configuration?

    My situation: I have 6 RCP membership plans which allow access to all downloads. I want to introduce a few more “lite” plans that only allow access to different subsets of all my downloads, without affecting members on the 6 original full-access plans. I tried to set a global restriction (under Downloads->Restrict Access) selecting the 6 original plans, but when I go into individual items, the options are disabled.
