Glitchy? All customized content returning to default?

I am very new to Elementor/Wordpress, so this could very well user error. I am using the Hello Elementor theme and within a day ALL of my customized headers and footers seem to go back to default. Default fonts, colors, and the header/footer changes to not show my customizations aside from my site identity/logo in the header.

I know for a fact I am saving everything and publishing, because after the first time I made it a point to be sure and publish everything. But now I have noticed that if I log in and go to edit the header/the individual pieces it shows my customizations automatically, without me doing anything. It also updates it on my live site (viewed on a private browser) and am not given the option to save or publish (because there have been no changes).

If you view my site now (attiyac.com) you would see that the fonts are not in my selected font, which is Merriweather. Merriweather is set globally across the site and is the only font option/font family listed so I really don’t know what is happening. I feel like this is glitch, and I just really wanted it fixed. Please help!
