• I just implemented a footer onto the bottom of my page and it only works when I am logged in as an admin. When logged out, and I scroll to the bottom of the page on a computer, the footer does not show up and I am not able to scroll all the way down either. It automatically scrolls up to the point that the footer cannot be seen.

Check out the site to see the problem and scroll to the bottom on a computer.

Is this just a glitch or is there something you or I can do to help solve it?

As you have a fixed background on the left hand side you really need to fix the content of the left hand sidebar so it does not scroll either. If you reduce the height of the content you site will behave better and the content with stay on the “page” of the book.

Also with less content your theme might not do that weird thing that stops you scrolling to the bottom of the page.
