glitch= one character at a time (woocommerce stripe V9.4.1)

Checkout page is having a glitch; one character at a time on any of the fields (email, name, address …). once a character is typed, page scrolls down. it is requires to click back again onto same field that you are typing.

Woocommerce Stripe Gateway V 9.4.1

Woocommerce V9.8.1

WordPress V 6.7.2

tested along with the plug in “sumosubscriptions V 16.1.5”

I have tried to replicate the issue on my site, but I wasn’t able to do so. This indicates that there may be a plugin or setting on your site that is causing the issue.

To assist you further, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
- System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status (Also, include site URL)
- Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

I have updated woocommerce from 9.8.1 to 9.8.2 and then tested again, problem remains. below is the requested reports;

Not sure if this info would make any difference; I have disabled all non essential plug ins, and kept only “woocommerce ” and “woocommerce stripe gateway” enabled. issue repeated.

I do really appreciate you looking into this.

Hi @nocodeadam,

Thanks for sharing those details. I tested your site and was able to reproduce the issue you’re seeing on the checkout page. While I couldn’t pinpoint the exact cause, I did notice that the ELEX USPS WooCommerce Shipping plugin (version 6.1.0) is throwing multiple console errors, which could be affecting the page behavior.

Please try deactivating that plugin temporarily and check if the input issue is resolved. Let us know how it goes!
