Here it happened to me too. I thought it was a problem of my theme and I disabled the chatbot provisionally and did not have time to search on another topic.
So, I’ll wait for the fix to activate chatbot.
By the website is normal, but I have the chatbot in a link in an app for Android and then that gave problem.

Here I unfortunately had to disable chatbot. The plugin is very good, but since it stopped working on the smartphone I had no other choice π

In my android phone (with Chrome for android) 60-70% of the bottom row for the message prompt is now visible but not 100%. This means the text is cut off. I tested another browser in my Android phone and it was the same. This works but does not look nice. Can you adjust this a bit more?

Hence, it seems to be a clash between your plugin and some browsers but not all of them. However, Chrome for android is likely to be a common browser.

As far as I can see the problem remains unchanged after upgrading to version 0.8.14 of the plugin.
Browsers on the phone having this problem:
Chrome version: 76.0.3809.132
F-Secure Safe browser
Browser on the phone without this problem:
Samsung Internet
I restarted the phone to see if that made any change but it din’t. Thanks for trying. I would appreciate if you can try again to fix the problem.
