GiveWP – PayPal doesn’t work for everyone

So we are using GiveWP to run a very important fundraising campaign and sadly we have people telling us they cannot donate at all. Either it gets stuck on the “Please wait….loding” mode or that it just doesn’t work at all. We have contacted GiveWP and they actually made a test donation. We are using PayPal btw. The thing here is that it works for some, but not for everyone. We are losing a lot of big time donors because of this. How can this be fixed? We have a big fundraising event in 2 days and we’ll be asking our donors attending it to take our their smartphones, head over to the page and make the donation they want. We have to fix this asap because even now, donors are coming in. Hope you guys can help us here.

Btw, it’s only through credit card donations where we get those errors. All else with PayPal are working.
