# GiveWP Form Blank

 * I am trying to set up a donation page on my WordPress site but the form only 
   shows the pre-loader and then goes blank. I saw a few other people had this issue
   but the replies weren’t clear to me. (One mentioned the iframe code but I don’t
   know how to access this.) What can I do?

 * ​Glad you reached out. I can help you fix your donation forms.
 * From what I saw, you are using a plain permalink structure. Can you switch it
   to post name, for example, and see if it works?
 * You can switch it under Settings > Permalinks > Post name.
 * if it doesn’t fix the issue, please send along your System Info.
 * Navigate to Donations –> Tools –> System Info (tab) and click the button to “
   Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.
 * That will give me some more context to be able to help.
