give_goal current amount not showing

    I’m using this code to create the goal progress bar:
    [give_goal id=”1268″ show_text=”true” show_bar=”true”]

    I’ve just done a test donation for $1, and I don’t see this reflected in the amount on the home page.

    I’d like to troubleshoot why this is. Furthermore, I’d like to know ALL the options for give_goal shown somewhere on your support site, but it simply shows the basics, and only after a LOT of searching could I find this.

    Hi there,

    Here’s the docs for the [give_goal] shortcode:

    That doc shows all the options for the shortcode. We structure our docs exactly like the plugin is structured.

    If the goal isn’t being reflected, I’d try the following:

    1) Go to “Donations > Tools > Data” and try the recalculation tools we have available there
    2) If it still doesn’t work, I’d try clearing out any caching you have enabled on your site.
