I have version 2.2.3 of the Give – Donation Plugin installed on a site running version 4.9.8. of WordPress. When I am working on editing a page and click on the toolbar button “Give Shortcodes” and select an option from the drop down I get an error that seems to say “Failed to load plugin: give_shortcode from url http://moonlandingparade.org/wp/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/give_shortcode/plugin.min.js . The error is mashed along the left side of the screen and is only a couple of characters wide so it’s very hard to read. So there seem to be a couple of errors going on here. I tried disabling all other plugins and the problem did not go away.

@bghooke I also got this issue but I found that this issue only happens if you load admin edit screen when the editor is in Text mode instead of Visual.

To fix this issue click on Visual mode of the editor and reload the page. This trick fixed issue for me.
