A donor accidentally checked the “recurring donation” button. I have since disabled that option, and THOUGHT I cancelled her subscription. Recurring = subscription, right?

Though she sent me an email she received saying that her $50 was charged to her account again, and the Executive Director of the non-profit received an email saying that this donor donated again, I CANNOT see a record of the donation in the backend.

I have tried numerous times to find documentation on how to cancel a recurring donation (subscription?) that did NOT require a login by a donor. The documentation has failed me.

I’ve asked the Exec Dir to look at the bank account to see if the $50 really did show up, and I’ve yet to get that answer.

The bottom line is that I need to REALLY cancel this recurring donation if it is happening.

(I thought I disabled it a month ago, and, as mentioned, the donor says she was charged another $50, due to an email being autogenerated from our Give Plugin).

    Thanks in advance.
