Give permission to a user to edit a single post from a post type.

I am Brazilian and I no speak English fluently, so I used Google Translator and leave just below the original text in Portuguese-BR!

I have a post type called “Charges” that has registered the following posts:
• Condo A
• Condo B
• Condo C

I created a new user with the “Function” “Employee” and I want that when the user clicks the post type “Charges” is listed only a post, this post will be defined when creating the user.

I need to do this!
Some plugin, or someone who can help me with some code?

Criei um novo usuário com a “Função” “Colaborador” e quero que quando esse usuário clique no post type “Condomínios” seja listado apenas um post, esse post será definido na criação do usuário.
