• I just purchased the manual donations plugin and have added 4 donations to it that were made prior to me configuring the Give plugin with Stripe and PayPal.

Since I’ve set a goal to recoup my costs for all the recent upgrades on my site, the amount already given towards that goal was immediately reflected in the status on the form page.

However, it is not reflected at all on the Donation Statistics in the dashboard. Does this take longer? Isn’t the point of the manual donation plugin to be able to reflect and track donations that come in outside of the plugin along with those that come through the portal?

    Maybe I’m missing something.

It can take longer, but you can also run a manual recalculation tool. Go to “Donations > Reports > Tools” and run any of the reports related to donations and/or forms and all should be updated accordingly.

Also, since you have an active license, our Priority Support is the best place for you to get answers to your questions: https://givewp.com/support

    Thanks!

Good to know, but it’s now updated. I don’t expect to perform a lot of manual updates going forward but I do need to make sure they get calculated in with the rest. I had overlooked the reports option.

    Thanks again!
