How can we provide access to editor role to access plugin in user dashboard like admin have

Do I have to do change code ?

The feature is only available with Pro version in Options>Global Options menu. But you can try using third-party plugins, e.g. Advanced Access Manager for this purpose. Thank you.

I have installed Advanced Access Manager but still can’t find plugin setting for editor role
