 * Thank you for publishing release branch, after a manual update payments are processed
   successful. Some feedback:
 * 1.) PayPal Express Checkout, Cart Button Position at the bottom does not display
   the custom image.
 * 2.) Error log, probably resolved in most recent github release:

    PHP Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to 
   be a valid callback, class ‘WC_Gateway_PayPal_Pro_PayFlow_AngellEYE’ does not
   have a method ‘angelleye_paypal_pro_payflow_email_instructions’ in /home/USERNAME/
   public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 300
