gift registry search not working for some short words

    Hello Team

    I am having an critical issue with the site as registry search not working properly for some words and the problem is only for live site as its working perfectly with staging site.
    Both dev and live site code is same nothing different except some product , orders and customer less in staging.

    Also, when I search same word in backend its working but not in frontend in live site.

    For example I am searching for word “gold” and its showing 0 result but same I am searching in backend and staging site its working fine.

    Please help me to to know why this is happening.

    NOTE: ALL plugins are same in dev and live site.

    I would likely need to go into the backend of your live site to do some testing. This means that the site may have to be put on maintenance mode. It would have been good if we could replicate this issue on the staging site so that I could easily check the problem there.

    You can actually use duplicator to create another staging site of an exact copy of your current live site so that we can work on it. Let me know which way is better for you.
