Gift note field text to shipping platform

    Hi there,

    I’m looking to add a text area where customers can enter a gift note. I’ve managed to do that, but the text from that area isn’t coming through from Woocommerce to our shipping platform where we process the orders. It appears on the order in woocommerce, but doesn’t appear on the shipping platform (Click and Drop/ Royal Mail in the UK). Is there a way to do that? The text that customers enter into Order notes will appear there, but we use that for shipping notes.

    Could you please let us know whether you are using any shipping plugin? If so, please provide us with the details of the plugin(Name, Author etc).
