 * On the registry wish list there is an area for a custom gift item and amount.
   The text reads, partially: “Please note that you will have the chance to update
   quantities or add additional notes and wishes later.” However, I don’t ever see
   a comments field during the checkout process – not on the cart page or anywhere
   on PayPal. How can this be included? Thanks!
