Gift certificate not working

    Hi,

    I am trying to set up individual gift certificates for 13 customers (worth: 75 euros each). When I try to bulk generate codes it says: ‘code does not exist’ when I try to use it during check out.

    When I manually make the codes, I can only use it once. Even if I still have credit left. (Probably because I set the user limit to 1, but if I don’t do this anyone could use the code).

    Can somebody explain to me how to set up the gift certificates properly?

    Hi @julianoord,

    Since this plugin does not support the gift certificate feature, you might be in the wrong support forum. If you are sure that you are using Smart Coupons for WooCommerce By WebToffee, you could be using the premium version in which case, please submit a ticket here.
