    Dear Support,
    I am using the free version of Gift Cards and have set up according to document. When I create a test order to purchase a Gift Card, the recipient of the gift does not receive an email to say that they have received the gift.

    In the above link to the site I show a screenshot of the woocommerce email settings to show that I have enabled email notifications for recipient.

    The order marked as “processing” does not trigger a recipient email – only an order marked as “completed” sends a notification. Thank you!

    Yes, order status must be ‘completed’.
