Gift card issue with Stripe Payment Buttons

    Hello,
    we have installed this plugin for gift cards, everything works fine but having issue with stripe payment buttons (google/apple pay) button is not loading on single gift product page.

    But After adding gift product in the cart payment button (google/apple pay) got disable on cart and checkout page. Also but when other than gift product is added its being seen on cart and checkout page

    I had word with my payment gateway team its seems the issue is related to a third party plugin because the gift is now a product as well. It should be seen on this page as well
    How can I fix this issue?

    hope you are doing well! 🙂

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to purchase a gift card using the fast checkout buttons on the product page, as first, it’s necessary to add the product to the cart in the default way, if not, the gift card data will be incompleted.

    If the gift card product is already added to the cart, you should be able to use these buttons to pay the order, but if they are not working it should be something related to the payment plugin or another plugin that interferes. From our side, there is nothing that we can do to make it work.

    Maybe you can try to disable all your plugins, leaving only WooCommerce, Gift Cards and your payment plugin, to check if in this way, the problem is solved. If so, you can enable the plugins one by one to check who is causing the issue.
