Gifs going missing for users other than admin

Has anyone else noticed that gifs selected with the giphy plugin don’t stay if anyone, but an administrator, tries to add a gif.

I have a number of “authors” and “contributors” on our site and if they try and publish or save as draft all their giphy choices just disappear once the screen reloads.

The code/link doesn’t exist in the TEXT view either.

Any ideas?
