 * Add the video like you did.
 * On the same story page set the gif also as a background.
 * It will fall back to the gif on mobile.

 * Lol. Now that would make it an epic plugin.
 * No its not gonna create the .gif for you. You have to do that on your own.
 * If that seems too ambitious you can always just use a jpeg instead. You wont 
   have the motion but it will usually get the job done.
