GIF ad getting out of sync

One of the ads on the right sidebar section is a GIF (wedge clamp). It is contained within a group of other ads. It seems to appear ok the first couple times but then it gets out of sync and when it appears is already halfway through so appears glitchy.

Is there a way to get around this? It seems as if the GIF continues to loop in the background and is reshown at whatever stage it is at.

They tried sending it so it only runs through once instead of looping but then it only displays once and any time it is pulled again it is static.
