Ghost Image in Add Media – Actionsafety

    Hi,
    I am using wordpress 3.7.1.
    When I try to add media, in the modal screen, I see images which are just grey squares. If I insert the image, nothing gets inserted in the page.
    I would appreciate if someone can help with this issue.

    Have you checked – using FTP – that the images are actually being uploaded to wp-content/uploads?

    Hi esmi,
    Thanks for the email.
    Yes. I downloaded the entire folder and checked. No ghost imahes. They seem to appear only withing wp – add media modal screen.
