Ghost broken-image image appears on blog?

I have a random broken image appearing at the top of my blog (in safari, explorer and firefox) that does not show up in the source code. It can be seen here (right under the ‘News and Ramblings” header). I’ve changed templates and it is still there so it is not a template problem. I’ve deleted the posts to see if it was in the post code, and it is still there… I have no idea what to do about it?!

Right click and copy the file address on the broken image then go to the source code of the page and nothing from the image address appears in the source code!
