What do I put in the Form Submission Field if I'm using Gravity Form?

Is there a way to test the finished POST URL so I can spot check the errors?

Yes -- enable "debug mode" and substitute the URL below it for your service test to make sure everything is being captured correctly.

Then put your endpoint url back in, with debug mode on, and you should see exactly what the service is returning to diagnose any errors.

Failed results will automatically send you an email, but with debug mode on you can review all submissions.

Please let me know how I can make this more clear in the readme/docs -- I get this question a lot.

Someone else just asked specifically for GF -- at least for me, it's input_1, input_2, etc as indicated by the "Field ID" in the GF form administration, or for multi-input fields see http://wordpress.org/support/topic/gf-name-and-address-fields-not-mapping?replies=4
