Hi Risto,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the plugin. It sounds like you’re using Getty Images Embed to insert photos. Can you provide more information to help us troubleshoot:
– Are you running the latest version (3.0.7) of the plugin?
– What browsers are you using?
That should help us do some troubleshooting and we will try to get to the bottom of this issue for you.
Thanks,
-Karissa

Hi Karissa,
We have the latest version. Yesterday I re-installed the plugin but it doesnt helped at all.
Browsers that we used are Safari with iPad and, like I told, Getty Images works to halfway, it shows some pictures. Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome doesnt work at all. You can open the getty images-button, search example name ”Patrik Laine”. It search a few seconds but result are none pictures.
I hope this helps you 🙂
Best regards,
Risto
Hi Risto,

Hi Risto,
We are unable to reproduce the issue anymore but are still looking into it. I was wondering if you could take another look and let me know if you’re still experiencing the blank images when you search? Does refreshing the page resolve the problem? Do you some images or are no images loading? Also, are you logged into a Getty Images account or using Embed?
Thanks!
-Karissa
Hi Karissa!
Yes, every problem continues as before. Other browsers doesnt show the images or frames at all but with iPads Safari shows about 90% only frames and 10% pictures. Nothing has not changed.
Refreshing the page doesnt help at all.
There is no pictures at all.
We are not logged in. We have embed the plugin.
Best regards,
Risto

This is quite frusreating situation.

Hi Risto,
We made a small change on the backend that may resolve the issue. Can you take another look and let me know if you’re seeing what you expect?
Thanks!
-Karissa
Hi Karissa,
Unfortunately nothing hasnt chanced 🙁 Still I cant find pictures with browsers (IE, Chrome, Mozilla), Pictures can be found only with iPad. Sorry…
And something has happened with iPad Getty. Now there are any empty white boxes after search. Every box is full the person you were finding. But the new problem is I cant press those boxes and add the pictures for my article. Nothing happens. Lots of screens but useless.
Best regards,
Risto
Hi Karissa,
I wrote the other trees and I found a solution why I couldnt pick the pictures. The problem was Smush. I remowed it and now I can take the pictures to article.
Original problem s still on.
Best regards,
Risto
I’m so glad you found the solution. Please let me know if there’s anything else we can do on the Getty Images side.
Thanks,
-Karissa
Hi Karissa,
No no, I didnt found the solution for the original problem. I found solution the question why I couldnt add pictures to text. The problem was Smush. I removed it and mission was accomplished.
But the original problem is still on top. Our mediateam cant found the picturesand for that hasnt happened any changes. Our 15 reportes doesnt found the pictures, there will be only a white screen and Getty doesnt found any picture. Only compromission is iPad which can find the pictures.
Best regards,
Riato
