 * Apologies for the delay getting back to you. We haven’t been able to repro the
   issue, so we wondered if you were still having this problem. I wonder if it’s
   an older version of the plugin and it just needs an update? You may need to click**
   Update** from your **Installed Plugins** view in the Dashboard. Let us know if
   that does the trick.

   an issue for you on the latest version. Can you provide more details about your
   environment?
 * WP version
    Theme name (for example, is this a custom theme?) Browser name and
   version OS name and version
 * That might help us re-create the environment to help troubleshoot this issue.

 * Thanks for the quick response akaback! I’ll report this to our engineering team,
   and hopefully they can re-create the environment so we can tackle this issue 
   once and for all. I’ll keep you posted.
