    I'm not super familiar with this stuff. I can edit my .htaccess file and if I put the following in there, will it allow me to just make the changes right in my WordPress control panel, for all my pages?

    If your .htaccess file were writable, we could do this automatically, but it isn’t so these are the mod_rewrite rules you should have in your .htaccess file. Click in the field and press CTRL + a to select all.

    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /index.php [L]

    Right...that's saying that your .htaccess file is not writeable so you have to copy/paste that code into it.

    If you make your .htaccess file writeable you won't have to copy/paste that code. If it's writeable you can just update your permalinks and click save and that's it.

    You have to copy and paste that portion into your .htaccess. WordPress couldn't do it itself, because .htaccess isn't writable.

    Thanks! I couldn't find anywhere to make it writable and I'm not able to directly edit it via my control panel at my host on this site for some reason. I can edit my other site's file. Thanks for the help!
