Getting subdomain to work

I have separate WP installations at both http://www.mydomain.com and blog.mydomain.com. As of now, I haven’t done anything to separate them into different sites in Analytics as I’d like to have them in the same report if possible. Is there anything I need to do within the plugin so that it works properly on both www and blog?
