Also I read where you told someone to try throttling, how can i do that? You really, really need to convert that image to a JPG. Disable pngout & optipng temporarily, and use the PNG to JPG link in the media library on that image. If you’re using the latest version of the plugin( 1.9.2) you can do a a universal (bulk) png to jpg by enabling the option on the settings page for PNG to JPG and disabling optipng and pngout before you run the bulk optimize.
