 * I’ve entered settings in WP Admin > Forms > Settings > Marketo and it says “Your
   configuration appears to be working”.
 * How do I configure Gravity Forms to post data to Marketo? Presumably it goes 
   into Lead Generation? Is there something to be configured on each field to make
   this work?
