# Getting started

 * AM completely new to this, but have set up [http://www.carlowsquash.netfirms.com](http://www.carlowsquash.netfirms.com).
   How can I delete the ‘Comments’ ‘Permalink’ ‘TrackBack’ etc. I have searched 
   looking for a ‘idiots guide’ to this but have not been successfull. I see from
   a lot of posts, people are making changes to codes, where can these codes be 
   found?

 * It is probably in your themes index.php page under “presentation” > “Themes” 
   > “Theme editor.”
 * Along the right side of the page will be all the pages required by your theme.
   Look for index.php. You will also have to remove the trackback link from your
   comments.php page also.
