# Getting send error

 * Hi,
    Email before download had been working great but we recently changed hosting
   servers and now I am getting a red box with below message:
 * Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by
   another method.
 * Any ideas on why this is happening would be much appreciated.

 * The most likely reason is that your new hosting provider has different default
   options in php.ini regarding how errors are displayed (or not displayed). Most
   likely they have it set to do errors to the screen. Some unimportant error occurs
   during the ajax transaction when EBD is submitted & that extra error text gets
   shoved into the ajax response & messes it up. That’s just a guess though, since
   you didn’t provide any URL or anything. But, that’s where I’d look first.
