    Hi All,
    I have a bug in woo-commerce plugin , I have more than 50+ Orders in woocommerce but few days ago I’m getting same 2 times sometime 3 4 time,(example screenshot url attached) how can i handle this problem and what i need to do solve this problem , this is really creating huge issue just like shipment return and his cost

    Hi @noumantuheed,

    I’ve checked your screenshot and those two orders don’t look exactly like a duplicate. You can see they have a different order ID# and a different invoice number. Could it be the same customer placing multiple orders? Does it happen only with this customer?

    If the customer only placed one order then this behavior is likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. Read more about plugin and theme conflicts in our Self-Service Guide (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/).

    We are having the same problem. The challenge is when the customer clicks the place order, the order goes through on the back end, but after a bit of a wait while the cursor is spinning, the customer is taken back to the check out screen. And then they click Place Order again, thus resulting in a second order. (not a duplicate – the products are the same, but they customer has actually put in a second order)

    Seemed to happen after the 5.4.1 update, but reverting back to 5.4.0 has not fixed the problem.
