Getting rid of extra picture files WordPress creates.(with pictures)

I wanna get rid of all the extra picture files that WordPress makes besides the Thumbnail size.

You can see in this picture I turned the other options to 0.

And that actually did take 2 of the picture files it creates out, as you can see in this next picture.
Before and After

Before it was making 6 different picture sizes, and after it is making 4 different picture sizes, which is better, but I only want it to make 2 picture sizes. I want it to make the original size I upload, and a thumbnail, no others. So how would I get it to stop making these other two picture sizes, since they are not even something I can turn off in the media settings?
