Getting rid of comments

    I’m trying to get rid of the comments section on the default page template of 2012 on my radyrpentyrchlabour.org, which I’ve chosen for my front page. As it’s a static front page, I don’t need comments at all,and indeed on all of the site. Where do I look to remove this comments section?

    Go to the Pages overview, find the page, and select “Quick Edit”. Some options appear, and one is “Allow Comments”. Uncheck the box, hit the Update button, and check your page. You should be good to go.

    Thanks Odai. That did the trick. I also dowloaded a plugin called ‘No Page Comment’, but I think your solution is the one I needed. I was sure I’d seen the ‘allow comments’ check-box, but I couldn’t for the life of me remember where.
