I have an item that is 2 oz in weight, but roughly 3x3x4 in dimension, and I only have priority mail and first class letter enabled (for folks who order greeting cards and such) and this larger item that wouldn’t fit in an envelope is getting the rate for first class mail. For bigger items it doesn’t give that option, so I’m not sure what about this item it thinks would fit in an envelope. I can send screen shots. What do you suggest I do?

Here’s a screen shot showing product weights/dims and how I have your plugin setup vs what was given for shipping options (someone actually bought this product and received this shipping rate) which is why I’m inputting this ticket. I had done some other tests and was please with what was presented but missed this particular issue and now will be out some money for this order.

    Hello Shawn,

What shipping options and prices do you expect to get for the order on the screenshot?

Also, could you gather the debug info for the order:
    1. Enable the WooCommerce shipping debug mode: WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping options -> Enable debug mode.
    2. Go to the cart/checkout page with the order you are getting unexpected shipping options for.
    3. Look for the ‘Found X USPS rates’ notice on the top of the page and click ‘Copy’ there.
    4. Paste the copied details here.
    5. Disable the debug mode.
