Getting Plugin upgrade Failed when trying to update plugins

I am running into this problem on one of my blogs:
Downloading update from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/google-analytics-for-wordpress.2.9.3.zip
Unpacking the update
Incompatible archive: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
Plugin upgrade Failed
This is on any of the three plugins I am trying to update. I have never had this issue before. Any ideas?
