getting photos from another website

I am currently the webmaster for a website I developed years ago using html and CSS as i taught myself how to use them I has been a work in progress The site is http://www.anokafootbal.com which is used by a high school football team in Minnesota-. I am turning 65 now and thye head coach is worried that I will die any day now, so he has asked me to dummy down the site and train a booster club member how to use it. I decided to re-build the site using wordpress which I have never used before (www.anokafootball.com/wordpress).

Here is my immediate problem: how do I get 8 years worth of game and activity photos into my NextGen galleries (one gallery for each game or event) QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY? My host for both sites is Bluehost.
