[Resolved] Getting jShowOff message

  • I just installed AdKingPro, and I believe I’ve set it up right, and I’m getting the following message on all the spots where I’ve put my shortcode:

For jShowOff to work, the container element must have child elements.

Am I doing something wrong? It also isn’t clear to me which WYSIWYG editor I’m supposed to drop the PHP code into, or if I actually need to. I am planning to use the rotate function.

    Hi jtnews,

Sorry, the notification for this slipped through the cracks. The jShowOff plugin is only used for the rotate function of AdKingPro and the error your receiving would normally mean that you haven’t got any ads assigned to the advert types your trying to rotate.

Can you confirm that the ads are set correctly and there are no spelling mistakes in the shortcode your calling on?

Assuming that the reason for the error was that there were no ads in the output for jShowOff to rotate. Marking as resolved.
