# Getting Internal Server Error with the plugin

 * Hi. Currently I am having internal server (500) issue on your plugin. Do you 
   have an I idea why I am getting this? This occur on the ajax checkout and when
   I look into the order on the backend.
    Note: Currently using the sandbox mode.
 * Already contact the server provider.

 * Can you check your version of WooCommerce. Make sure its up to date.
 * Our support form is working fine, however if you have enter invalid email address
   will be blocked directly due to so many spam.
