Getting Internal Server Error when using search bar on sidebar

Hi,

I’ve installed wp locally using MAMP and am doing my own custom theme. Everything’s working fine except for the search bar on the sidebar. For some reason when I type something and hit enter, it gives me an Internal Server Error. I haven’t deleted anything important in the WP files. Can someone please tell me why it’s doing this??
