# Getting “Forbidden. Please, enable Javascript.” Error

 * Filling in the Download Manager/Gravity Forms form (and really, **any**, gated
   PDF form on the site) throws a CleanTalk error on submission.
 * “We’ve got an issue. *** Unknown response from…***. Forbidden. Please, enable
   Javascript. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk.”

 * Same issue here. It has been ongoing for 5 hours. Attempted to submit a ticket
   on your platform but got the same error.

 * I tried to submit a ticket but since the service was down your site would not
   accept a ticket through the form (your site had the same error as mine).
