# Getting Fatal Errors

 * I’m getting a fatal error since installing your plugin on my checkout.
 * The plugin is set up with a BOGO rule of buying a physical product, and getting
   a specific virtual product free. I’m running WooFunnels as well.
 * When I did a test transaction with a real cc, I got one error that said “internal
   service error.” I just pressed the button again and then I got “we are unable
   to process your order, please try again.” The orders fail.
 * WooFunnels support identified the Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce plugin

   Upon deactivation the checkout works again. How do I fix this?
