Getting errors when I upgrade WordPress and Plugins

    Hi All

    I hope someone can help me here. My host LetsHost.ie thinks this is a WordPress issue.

    When ever I upgrade/re-install Worpress or Plugins I seem to get this error. The Upgrade seems to go through (I think) however these errors make me think some part of the upgrades may not be successful.

    Error:
    Warning: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to WordPress.org. Please contact your server administrator.) in /wp-admin/includes/update.php on line 117

    Try checking your site’s error logs for a more specific error message. Your host should be able to help you in accessing your site’s error logs.
