    After the latest update I’m unable tot connect the facebook page. It disconnected after update. The client tried to reconnect, but these errors pop up.

    – API communication error. Unable to MM Only State
    – Error: Facebook page is not connected. Try to reconnect

    What can cause this error?

    Hi, @mijnmarketing
    To answer your questions:
    one page can only be connected to one WP-Chatbot, so make sure you not trying connect a page that already connected to another account.

    Steps you may try to follow:
    1. Remove MobileMonkey from Business Integration (open Facebook account -> Settings)
    2. Log out of WP-Chatbot
    3. Log back in to WP-Chatbot
    4. Connect a page again
    This should fix the errors.
