# Getting error when using Jetpak

 * I went into jetpack settings to disable “Related Posts” from appearing. When 
   I try to move the button I get this error message. Error updating settings. (
   FetchNetworkError)
    Any idea how to fix?

 * Hmm [@co77ee](https://wordpress.org/support/users/co77ee/) – that sounds like
   a Jetpack error rather than a theme-related error. I’d suggest you try getting
   in touch with the Jetpack support team, where they’ll be able to troubleshoot
   with you directly.
