   you for reporting this. Unfortunately I could not replicate the issue on our 
   side. Could you specify what WordPress and PHP versions are used there? Could
   you also check server settings and try to restore them to default?

   you try to disable third party plugins installed at your WordPress to see if 
   there is any that causes an issue? or try with other template and notify us about
   the result.
